United Nations Economic and Social Council   

The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) is one of the six major organs of the United Nations (UN) established by the UN charter of 1946. 

ECOSOC engages a wide variety of policymakers, politicians, foundations, and over 4,000 NGOs in order to facilitate a productive dialogue on sustainable development goals.
